DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.

Lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are not received. If your order is not delivered and returned as a result of incorrect information provided by you at time of order or it is returned from the post office due to it not being collected you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

pennylouiseartist.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Every endeavour is taken to deliver your goods promptly and without damage. In the event you receive a product or artwork that is damaged, or faulty or the product or artwork does not match the original order details please get in contact within 2 business days of receiving your order. This can be done through the contact page or via direct email at penny.louise.artist@gmail.com. Please include full details of your original order including the order number and images of the product. Incorrect or damaged products are to be returned within 14 days of receiving a response from penny.louise.artist@gmail.com. The items will be replaced or exchanged for you, at no additional cost. 

Please note that returns or exchanges can not be offered if you change your mind due to the fragile nature of the products and artwork. 

All refunds are made at the discretion of pennylouiseartist.com.
