RETURNS AND REFUNDS

pennylouiseartist.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Every endeavour is taken to deliver your goods promptly and without damage. In the event you receive a product or artwork that is damaged, or faulty or the product or artwork does not match the original order details please get in contact within 2 business days of receiving your order. This can be done through the contact page or via direct email at penny.louise.artist@gmail.com. Please include full details of your original order including the order number and images of the product. Incorrect or damaged products are to be returned within 14 days of receiving a response from penny.louise.artist@gmail.com. The items will be replaced or exchanged for you, at no additional cost. 

Please note that returns or exchanges can not be offered if you change your mind due to the fragile nature of the products and artwork. 

All refunds are made at the discretion of pennylouiseartist.com.
